Crazy 8 Cafe & Coffeehouse is a scratch-made lunch spot in the heart of downtown Chickasha — where the owner knows your name and everything on the plate was made this morning.

Mrs. Flip Out tried Crazy 8 Cafe & Coffeehouse on her way through Chickasha the other day and loved it. She had a chicken salad sandwich and said that it was not as sweet as some chicken salads can be, which is her preference. It had great flavor and came with a side of savory potato salad. Crazy 8

The chicken salad is amazing. It has grapes and apples and celery with just enough mayonnaise. Love it! It was awesome on a croissant, but would be good by itself, as well. You can get it with the 3 salad dish. The Crazy 8 salad is also good. Check out the desserts, made daily.

A nice bistro and bakery that has been in business downtown for a long time. Spoke to the owner and she told me that the business name came from her and the co-owner both having eight children. For out of towners, like me, this place is a good choice.
