Second Layer 8 oz.: Cream Cheese, softened 1 Cup:  Powdered Sugar 1 Cup:  Whipped Topping.  Purchase a 16 oz. container. Mix until smooth.  Spread evenly over cooled first layer. Third Layer 3 Cups:  Milk 2 Small Packages:  Instant Chocolate Fudge Pudding. Mix together.  Spread over second Layer. Fourth Layer Spread remainder of 16 oz. container of Whipped Topping over third layer. Refrigerate until set.  Serve cold or at room temperature.
