4 Layer Chocolate Delight Cake
First Layer
1 Cup: Chopped Pecans
1 Cup: Flour
1 Stick: Magarine, melted
Mix together and press into bottom of 9x13x2 cake pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes, or until golden brown. Cool thoroughly.
Second Layer
8 oz.: Cream Cheese, softened
1 Cup: Powdered Sugar
1 Cup: Whipped Topping. Purchase a 16 oz. container. Mix until smooth. Spread evenly over cooled first layer.
Third Layer
3 Cups: Milk
2 Small Packages: Instant Chocolate Fudge Pudding.
Mix together. Spread over second Layer.
Fourth Layer
Spread remainder of 16 oz. container of Whipped Topping over third layer.
Refrigerate until set. Serve cold or at room temperature.
Variations: Substitute chocolate fudge pudding with coconut, or pistachio, pudding mix, or your choice of prepared pie filling.
